After you place an order, it will take 2-3 business days to dispatch, although it can be long during sale and holiday periods. After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping with Australia post usually takes 2-8 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number as part of our dispatch email which you can use to track the progress of your order.

IF for some reason you are not happy with your Sunday retreat purchase , we offer change of mind return and exchange for products that are in their original packaging.

Please make sure all packaging is intact.

You have 30 days to request for an exchange or refund.

Products purchased under clearance will only be eligible for an exchange . No refund on clearance item.
